A letter of appreciation from Assistant Grandmaster Eli Guerra:
As we have been going through this pandemic, we remain strong in our conviction to our students and
remain strong and courageous as they continue to attend classes in a safe and hopeful way and have
remained loyal to our “Just Say No” Karate Kids of America Program.
We are very grateful to our governor, Governor Greg Abbott, our mayor, Ron Nirenberg, the City
Council, and our commissioners court, Justin Rodriguez, for all of their hard efforts in continuing with
our legacy of serving the children with their proclamation.
We are grateful to all our dignitaries whose names appear in the certificates given out to the children.
And to our sponsors, Sea Island, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Guardian Angel CDC, Dolan Roofing and
Construction, who have remained loyal throughout this hard pandemic, but most and above all, are
thankful to God for keeping us as safe and getting us through this pandemic.
